This 1979 Hudson Enterprise 44 is a 44-foot classic cruising sailboat with a fiberglass hull and a Ford 2712E diesel engine producing 80 horsepower. The boat cruises at 8 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 10 knots. The hull measures 13.12 feet at the beam.

The interior is organized around a spacious saloon spanning the full beam width, accessed via a teak door and central companionway. To starboard sits a galley equipped with a double sink, three-burner gas stove, tilting oven, and a 200-liter dual-access refrigerator. To port is an L-shaped settee upholstered in white leather with a marble and teak expanding dining table. The master cabin occupies the aft section with an en-suite head and shower, while the starboard side houses a chart table adjacent to the engine room. Forward are two guest cabins—one with a double berth and head with shower, a second with bunks at the bow.

The boat carries a main sail and mizzen sail both fitted with jack lines, plus a rollerfurling genoa. Navigation electronics include dual-station radar, chartplotter with touchscreen, echo sounder, log, and autopilot. Additional systems comprise a 3.5 kW Paguro generator, bow thruster, electric windlass, heating system, and a 22-inch saloon television with web capability plus a 15-inch cabin television. Stereo includes four speakers, two external. Deck features include solid teak decking refreshed in 2015, full sun cushioning forward and aft, an illuminated passerelle, wheel steering, and dining seating for eight on the foredeck in solid teak. An 8-person self-inflating life raft and a 2.5-meter tender with 4 hp outboard are included.

The boat underwent comprehensive restoration affecting all systems—electrical, hydraulic, engine, generator, instrumentation, and through-hull fittings. Batteries hold current RINA certification from 2022. The teak decking, all systems, and mechanical components are documented as recently completed.
