1979 Uniflite 37 Coastal Cruiser

The 1979 Uniflite 37 Coastal Cruiser is a fiberglass motor yacht built for Pacific Northwest cruising. Powered by twin Volvo diesel engines producing 400 horsepower combined, the boat features a semi-displacement hull designed for fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance. The engines were repowered in 1994. A Northern Lights diesel generator installed in 2002 supports onboard systems. The yacht is equipped with radar, depth sounder, and underwater exhaust ports.

The layout centers on a spacious salon with large wraparound cabin windows and a service bar opening to a mid-ship galley. An all-teak interior provides warmth throughout. Forward is a double-entry head with shower stall. The second stateroom functions as a lounge with a privacy curtain; its backrest converts the space into convertible twin-over-under bunks. The galley includes electric stove, oven, and good storage, along with refrigerator and freezer. Electric baseboard heating serves the interior, and an electric macerating head is installed.

The lower helm provides 360-degree visibility with abundant windows. A substantial flybridge with seating for eight overlooks the cruising grounds, while a bridge overhang shelters the cockpit. French doors connect the salon to the cockpit, creating an open flow through the vessel.

Onboard equipment includes electric windlass, electric stove and oven, Aiphone intercom, and Heart Interface battery monitor. A 10.5-foot Novurania inflatable dinghy with 15-horsepower Yamaha outboard is included, along with safety gear and spare propeller.
