1980 Catalina 38

The 1980 Catalina 38 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built from a hull design by Sparkman & Stephens, originally created as a racer-cruiser. The design's relatively narrow beam compared to other Catalinas in its class allows the boat to move easily in lighter wind conditions. The yacht is powered by a single 27 hp Yammer diesel engine.

The boat is equipped with a chart plotter, autopilot, and electronic gauges for depth, wind, and speed. The dodger is removable, allowing for open sailing or racing configurations. An additional water tank has been installed to increase fresh water capacity on board.
