1982 C&C Landfall 35

This 1982 C&C Landfall 35 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built with a solid reputation for seaworthiness and comfort. At 35 feet with a 10.67-foot beam and 4-foot-10-inch draft, the boat balances stability with reasonable shoal-draft performance. Power comes from a 1982 Yanmar 3HM inboard diesel with a V-drive transmission, paired with a 2-blade bronze propeller. The boat cruises at around 5 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 6 knots.

The interior includes two cabins and one head. The forward cabin features a large V-shaped settee that converts into sleeping berths, while a spacious quarter berth sits to starboard. The sailing rig includes a 2022 Bay Sails mainsail, a 2012 Haarstick Genoa, Hood Sea Furl furler, and a spinnaker with whisker pole. Winches are Barient self-tailing units, and standing rigging is solid rod. Cockpit amenities include an autopilot, binnacle steering with brake, propane grill, and Bimini with dodger. Safety equipment includes lifelines, life jackets, flares, fire extinguishers, and a lifesling system. The boat comes with a cradle and includes manuals for the vessel, engine, and transmission.
