The C&C 35 MKIII is a fiberglass cruiser-racer built in 1983 by C&C Yachts, designed by Robert Ball. At 35 feet overall with an 11-foot-6-inch beam and 6-foot-5-inch draft, the boat displaces 12,500 pounds and carries 500 square feet of sail area. A single 27-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine provides auxiliary power. The design balances performance and comfort, offering responsive handling suitable for both day sailing and club racing, as well as family cruising.
The C&C 35 is recognized as a well-built platform from a builder long established for quality cruising yachts. The boat has been maintained with regular yard service and owner upkeep throughout its life, with the mast unstepped annually as part of standard winter procedures.
