1982 San Juan 34

The San Juan 34 is a performance cruiser-racer designed by Bruce Kirby, built with solid fiberglass construction and a balsa-cored deck. The hull displays the sleek lines and responsive handling that made this model a competitive choice for club racing, while the well-balanced design delivers strong upwind ability and excellent sailing characteristics suitable for both racing and coastal cruising.

The interior accommodates two cabins with a large V-berth forward and quarter berth aft, sleeping up to six or seven. Natural light fills the cabin, and the layout includes a functional galley and enclosed head. The spacious cockpit works equally well for racing crews or cruising comfort.
