This 1982 Tayana center cockpit cutter ketch is a 55-foot fiberglass cruising yacht built for extended voyages. The boat features a cutter ketch rig, a proven configuration for ocean sailing, and is powered by a 140 hp Perkins diesel engine with a bow thruster for maneuvering. The yacht carries a diesel generator, solar panels, and a water-maker—all essential systems for self-sufficiency at sea.

Below deck, the layout includes three staterooms and two heads. Climate control comes from a reverse-cycle marine air-conditioning system with heating capability. The interior accommodations support extended cruising with multiple private cabins and full facilities for a cruising family or group.
