1983 CT 38 Warwick

The 1983 CT 38 Warwick is a classic fiberglass cruising yacht built for extended voyages and comfortable cruising. At 38 feet overall with an 11.5-foot beam, she offers the stability and seaworthiness expected of her design. A 50-horsepower Yammer diesel engine with 1800 hours of service drives her through the water efficiently, backed by two 22.5-gallon diesel tanks. The bronze three-blade propeller provides reliable maneuverability.

The sails include a 2005 mainsail and a 2022 135% jib, paired with a spinnaker pole and two spinnakers for varied wind conditions. Deck equipment is substantial: five windlasses of mixed makes and sizes (Barlow Australia 27, 32, and 23 models; Lewmar 30; and a Lofrans Cayman 88 electric anchor windlass) handle ground tackle operations, supported by a 20-kilogram SL Claw anchor. Electronics include a wind indicator, speed indicator, depth sounder, ICOM VHF transceiver, Garmin 3010C GPSMap plotter, and a Kenwood Bluetooth stereo system. Power comes from four 6-volt house batteries configured in series.

The galley features a Force10 three-burner propane stove with oven and broiler, dual-basin sink, and icebox. Fresh water storage totals 77 gallons across two tanks, with a 6-gallon hot water tank for hot showers. Below decks, accommodations include a V-berth, port quarter berth, and a Raritan marine head.
