1983 Hatteras 53 Extended Deckhouse Motor Yacht

This 1983 Hatteras 53 Extended Deckhouse is a solid fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin 700-horsepower Detroit diesel engines. At 53 feet in length with a 15-foot 10-inch beam, the boat displaces approximately 55,000 pounds and carries 700 gallons of fuel and 245 gallons of freshwater. The extended deckhouse layout is known for its exceptional interior volume and has been thoughtfully maintained over the years.

The yacht has received extensive mechanical servicing and upgrades through Hinckley Yacht Services. Work completed includes servicing of heat exchangers, fuel lines, seacocks, turbos, and heads; replacement of the windlass anchor system and battery bank charger; and a full conversion of interior and exterior lighting to LED. The fire suppression system has been recertified. Power generation comes from a Northern Lights 25-kilowatt generator, and the boat is equipped with stabilizers, a water maker, whole-house water filtration, and a water softener.
