1983 Hunter 34

The 1983 Hunter 34 is a solid fiberglass cruising sailboat built during the final year of the respected Cherubini hull design. At 34 feet with an 11.5-foot beam, it offers a proven platform for coastal and extended cruising, powered by a 27 hp Yanmar diesel engine with cruising speeds around 5 knots and maximum speeds near 7 knots.

The boat's sails and standing rigging are in good condition. Recent upgrades include new running rigging, four new batteries installed this season, a Garmin chartplotter, and a 2000W inverter added in recent years. The Yanmar 3GMF diesel engine runs well and has been maintained.

The hull and deck structure remain solid according to a recent survey. This Hunter has the pedigree and condition expected of a well-maintained family cruiser, suitable for exploring coastal waters and overnight passages.
