This 46-foot Island Trader Motor Sailor is a fiberglass-hulled cruiser powered by a single 120-horsepower Ford diesel engine. Built in 1983, the boat has logged considerable offshore and coastal mileage, including passages down the East Coast, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Bahamas, Caribbean islands, and Panama. The 15-foot beam provides generous interior volume and storage throughout.
The yacht offers two cabins and two heads. The master features a walkaround queen bed positioned aft with large windows, an ensuite head, and shower facilities. Forward, a full-size VIP cabin includes its own head and shower. The galley is spacious and fitted with custom handmade cabinetry. Wood detailing and craftsmanship are evident throughout the interior.
The engineroom is laid out for easy maintenance access to all mechanical components. The main engine underwent a rebuild before extended Caribbean cruising in 2020. Recent work includes a hard dodger for weather protection, bottom paint, and fresh deck paint from a recent haul-out.
