1984 Hallberg-Rassy HR 352

This 1984 Hallberg-Rassy HR 352 is a 34.65-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built to robust standards. The hull features integrated longitudinal stiffeners and a solid cast-iron keel fully encased in fiberglass, with a fiberglass rudder. The deck is constructed from 25mm sandwich composite with cellular PVC core, bonded to the hull via continuous fiberglass overlap. Teak work includes handrails, passage treads, hatch coamings, cockpit sole, and seats. Two 1.5-inch self-draining cockpit drains complement a watertight, self-bailing design.

The rig consists of Seldén aluminum mast and boom, anodized silver and mounted on a reinforced cabin-roof base with stainless steel plates. The 206/139mm mast carries spreaders and integral cable channels with separate conductor paths. Winches include two Lewmar 16ST halyard winches and a Lewmar 7C sheet winch. The main boom features a modern two-line reef system with outhaul.

The interior comprises two cabins and one head. The forward cabin has two berths 2.05 metres long; headroom is 1.85 metres. The heads features a porcelain sink set into the counter, mirror, storage, and a teak-grated shower floor over drainage. The main cabin offers berths measuring 2 metres with 1.89 metres headroom. A dinette with folding leaves provides a centerline bottle stowage. The U-shaped galley is fitted with a two-burner stove with gimballed oven, compliant gas system with isolation valve, 80-litre icebox, and double stainless-steel sink. A navigation table with chart stowage, drawers, and electrical panel faces the opposite side, with a supplementary refrigerator nearby. The saloon sole is finished in 20mm teak with light-colored inlaid stripes; sun awnings shade all cabin windows.

Power comes from a Volvo Penta D2-50 diesel engine rated at 50 horsepower, newly installed. The hull has received a full epoxy barrier coat system, with old gelcoat stripped, surfaces dried, new epoxy undercoats applied, and final antifouling applied before launching.
