1984 Kadey-Krogen 36 Manatee

This 1984 Kadey-Krogen 36 Manatee is a fiberglass trawler powered by a 110-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The yacht carries a beam of 13 feet and cruises at approximately 8 knots. Recent mechanical work includes a new engine shaft, cutless bushings, and flexible coupling, along with a rebuilt Westerbeke generator with new starter. Most bilge pumps have been replaced, and a new electric fresh water head has been installed.

The galley features a two-burner induction cooktop and a full-size ventless washer and dryer. The main salon includes a new recliner chair. The flybridge accommodates sleeping for two and has had its upholstery and padding renewed. Canvas work includes new material on the bridge enclosure; the bimini canvas is patched but functional.

Navigation and piloting equipment includes a new autopilot display, a Lowrance HDS10 chartplotter with lock mount, and a Garmin chartplotter, all operational. The radar is not functioning. One air conditioning unit is new. The aft deck has mosquito netting installed.

A 10-foot RIB tender is included with the yacht, equipped with a new 8-horsepower air-cooled Honda engine with shiftless operation.
