1984 Little Harbor LH44

The 1984 Little Harbor LH44 is a 44-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built by a respected design house known for performance cruisers. Hull #3 of just six built, this boat features a tall cutter rig with a full-battened mainsail, furling genoa, and staysail. The design employs a keel/centerboard configuration that has proven successful in competitive racing, including major offshore events.

Below deck, the yacht accommodates two cabins and two heads. Power comes from a Yanmar diesel engine of 55 horsepower, suitable for auxiliary propulsion and cruising.

In 2024, comprehensive servicing was completed on all major systems: the engine, generator, bottom, shaft, running rigging, sails, air conditioning, electronics, and bilge pumps. These updates address core systems throughout the boat and prepare it for extended use.
