1984 Pearson 303

The Pearson 303 is a 30-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built in 1984. Designed as an accessible cruiser, it offers straightforward handling and manageable sail plan with main, jib, and Genoa sails currently in good condition.

The boat is equipped with a Yanmar 2GM diesel engine and roller furling for ease of operation. Standing rigging was replaced in 2018, and new halyards have been installed. Navigation systems include GPS and radar.

The yacht comes with a range of extras and is currently maintained in the water.
