This is a two-mast topsail schooner built in 1984 with a wooden hull of iroko, oak, and Scots pine. At approximately 102 feet long with a 23-foot beam and 82-foot mast height, the boat carries nine sails totaling over 4,300 square feet of canvas. A single Doosan L136TI diesel engine rated at 230 horsepower provides auxiliary power, with a cruising speed of seven knots and maximum speed of nine knots.
The layout includes four cabins and two heads with shower facilities. The boat is designed for extended voyages and can accommodate up to 24 people for ocean passages or host 80 people on deck for day trips and events. The rigging and hull are constructed entirely of wood following traditional shipwright methods, with the design approved by naval architect Francisco Lasa Etxarri.
Since launch, the schooner has maintained an active sailing schedule, regularly undertaking long-distance passages across multiple countries. The boat remains in the original family's care and continues regular operations.
