1985 Bluewater 42 Coastal Cruiser

The 1985 Bluewater 42 Coastal Cruiser is a 42-foot fiberglass houseboat with a 14-foot beam, powered by twin inboard gasoline engines totaling 540 horsepower with raw water cooling. The boat draws just 23 inches of draft, enabling shallow-water cruising. The engines, drive systems, and steering are operational.

The interior layout features a forward stateroom with a V berth, a head with vacu-flush toilet, sink, and shower, and a spacious salon with teak walls, large windows, carpeting, a flat-panel television, sofa, and recliner. The galley includes a three-burner stove, two under-counter refrigerators, microwave, and stainless steel sink. The stern contains additional refrigeration and good counter space. A wine refrigerator and chest freezer are installed in the main cabin areas.

The boat has both upper and lower helm stations, offering dual steering positions. The upper helm features a Bimini top without enclosure; this canvas is in poor condition. The lower helm provides covered operation. Roof-mounted air conditioning cools the interior. Bow boarding steps constructed from stainless steel provide easy beach access, and stainless railings line the bow deck. The generator is not included and is not operational.
