1985 Hobie Cat 18

This 1985 Hobie Cat 18 is a fiberglass catamaran built for responsive, high-performance sailing. At 18 feet overall with an 8-foot beam, the boat features the dual-hull stability and speed the model is known for, supported by aluminum crossbeams and a fractional sloop rig with main and jib. The boat carries approximately 240 square feet of sail area across its roughly 28-foot mast and is rigged with dual trapeze for crew weight management. Draft adjusts from 10 inches with boards up to 3 feet with boards down, making it suited for both open water and shallow-draft sailing.
