1985 Sumerset 60

This 1985 Sumerset 60 houseboat is built on an aluminum hull and powered by a single 120-horsepower Mercury gasoline engine. The boat sleeps seven across a master stateroom with a queen bed, a cabin with a queen bottom bunk and single top bunk, and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the main cabin area.

Recent updates include new high-end carpet throughout both main and upper decks, a new canvas canopy on the top deck, and new canvas elsewhere. The galley has been fitted with new countertops and a new sink, and the boat is equipped with a Purisan toilet system. The upper and lower decks feature patio and deck furniture for outdoor living space.

The hull was newly coated, and outdrives were replaced as of April 2025.
