1987 Sumerset 14x60 Houseboat

This 60-foot aluminum houseboat was built by Sumerset in 1987 and powered by a single 130 hp Mercruiser gasoline engine. The boat spans 14 feet at the beam and has been maintained through two owners on freshwater.

Recent updates have refreshed the interior and systems. The HVAC unit was replaced in 2024, along with new engineered wood flooring installed in 2023, quartz countertops, and updated kitchen cabinetry with a microwave and refreshed lighting. A new hot water heater and roof coating were added in 2025, and outdoor carpeting was installed in 2024. The main deck includes a full-size refrigerator, dining area, and comfortable living spaces. A waterslide sits on the upper deck.
