1985 Wellcraft 34 Scarab

This 1985 Wellcraft 34 Scarab is a heavily modified sportfish built for demanding work. The boat was gutted and reconstructed to perform as a high-speed utility vessel capable of handling rough conditions. She spent three years in commercial survey service, averaging 286 operating days annually and accumulating over 36,000 miles. The current engines are the third set installed in the boat.

The hull is known for stable, controlled performance at high speeds in seaway conditions. Twin Mercury Verado engines producing 600 horsepower deliver a maximum speed of 52 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. The boat features trim tabs and is fitted with Braum shockwave helm seats and a Seakeeper stabilizer for comfort during extended running.
