1986 Custom One off sailing Yacht David Pedrick

This 74-foot custom sailing yacht was built in 1986 by Derecktor Shipyard in New York to a design by naval architect David Pedrick. The hull is composite construction using carbon, Kevlar, and epoxy, combining lightweight strength with durability for offshore performance. A single Perkins diesel engine of 225 horsepower provides auxiliary power and range.

The yacht accommodates four cabins and seven heads, arranged for serious cruising over extended passages. The design prioritizes both seaworthiness and comfort for long-distance sailing, with a beam of 18 feet providing stability and interior volume.
