1986 Nautor Swan Swan 61

The Swan 61 is a 60.5-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built by Nautor Swan, one of the industry's most respected makers. This 1986 model combines the yard's signature quality construction with modern systems, making it a capable bluewater cruiser. The shallow draft Scheel keel, drawing just 2.4 meters, allows access to shallow cruising grounds while maintaining offshore performance. Power comes from a Yanmar 4LHA-DTP 200-horsepower diesel engine installed in 2017 with approximately 2,273 hours of use.

The interior features three cabins and two heads. The owner's cabin is positioned aft and includes luxurious accommodations, while a well-equipped galley serves the living spaces. The light-filled layout provides generous room throughout.

Recent upgrades have substantially renewed the yacht's systems and structure. A new 14-millimeter teak deck was installed in 2020–21, while the mast was unstepped, fully inspected, and repainted in white Awlgrip in 2021 alongside renewal of blocks, runners, and deck hardware. New stainless steel rod rigging was fitted in 2021. The Idromar Junior 220 liter-per-hour watermaker underwent full overhaul in September 2023.

Sail and propulsion systems include a full North Sails inventory, Antal winches with hydraulic units, a Danfoss hydraulic system, and a Maxpower hydraulic bow thruster. Navigation equipment comprises a comprehensive Raymarine suite. The yacht has received continuous maintenance and careful ownership throughout its life.
