1987 Chip Stulen Faering Design 20

This 1987 Chip Stulen Faering Design 20 is a hand-built wooden sailboat custom designed and constructed by Stulen. The boat measures 20 feet in length with an 8.25-foot beam and has been sailed exclusively on Lake Michigan throughout its life.

A significant refit completed in 2012 brought substantial upgrades to the boat's systems and sailing characteristics. The work included installation of a Yanmar diesel engine, replacement of the keel, a taller mast, new cockpit seating, and new rigging configured for single-handed sailing. The boat comes with a trailer.

The yacht was maintained by a single owner from new and stored indoors during winters. It has not been in active use since 2017.
