This 1987 Sumerset houseboat spans 64 feet with a 14-foot beam and aluminum hull construction. Twin Volvo 225 V-8 engines with 1,169 hours power the boat, supported by a 15 kW Westerbeke generator at 968 hours. The boat is equipped with Seastar hydraulic steering, 120-gallon fuel and fresh water capacity, and carries a beaching ramp for shallow-water access.

The layout includes two bedrooms—a queen master and guest cabin—plus one full bathroom updated with new head, vanity, and shower fixtures. The salon features a flat-screen television, sofa and sleeper sofa, and central heating and air conditioning. A newer air unit serves the salon, while an additional system covers the top deck. The galley is outfitted with freshly painted cabinetry, custom built-ins, and stainless-steel appliances including a four-burner electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water dispensers.

The flybridge includes dual controls, radar arch, and bimini top for weather protection. A canvas party top with LED lighting and wiring for a ceiling fan shelters the upper deck, furnished with new wicker seating. The aft deck features a water slide, while the front deck includes a screen enclosure. Additional amenities include a 24-inch stacked washer and dryer, LVT flooring throughout, security cameras, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Recent service work included an outdrives inspection in 2025 and a port engine rebuild. The boat has 120 gallons of fuel and fresh water capacity.
