This 1988 Catalina 34 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built on a proven design known for balanced sailing performance and comfortable accommodation. At 34 feet with an 11.75-foot beam, it offers the stability and seaworthiness expected from the model. Power comes from a Universal M-25XP diesel engine rated at 23 horsepower.

In 2024, the engine received comprehensive professional service totaling approximately $7,500, including replacement of the sea water pump, heat exchanger, impeller, thermostat kit, cooling system service, fuel system filters and hoses, oil and filter service, and exhaust system components including hoses, studs, gaskets, clamps, and zincs. In 2025, the hull bottom was sanded and prepped with a barrier coat and two coats of bottom paint, with a third coat applied at the waterline.

The cockpit is functional and comfortable for sailing or anchoring. Below deck, the interior layout provides practical cruising space with storage throughout.
