This 1988 Catalina 36 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat with a full-displacement hull design typical of the model. The boat measures 36 feet in length with an 11'11" beam, offering good interior volume and manageable proportions for coastal cruising.

The interior has been extensively modified for comfortable living. A custom V-berth mattress was fitted forward, and formica was applied to all horizontal surfaces throughout. The cabin ceiling was recoated in off-white. The layout includes two cabins and one head, with a spacious salon, a U-shaped galley, and a proper nav station with ample counter and work space.

On deck, the boat features wide side decks, a secure cockpit, and clear sightlines from the helm. Sail controls lead aft, and the balanced spade rudder and fin keel provide good steering and tracking characteristics.
