The J/37 is a performance-oriented cruising sailboat built on a fiberglass hull and designed for speed and comfort across varied sea conditions. Originally constructed in 1988, this boat was repowered in 2014 with a Beta diesel engine rated at 30 horsepower, which has accumulated approximately 700 hours. The boat cruises at 6.5 knots with a maximum speed of 8 knots and is rigged with a complete sail inventory, adjustable hydraulic backstay, dodger with bimini extension and side curtains, and wide decks that facilitate sail handling.
