1988 Monk 36

The Monk 36 is a classic trawler built on a design renowned for combining traditional styling with solid construction and practical cruising capability. This 1988 example features a Cummins 4BT 150 HP diesel engine with approximately 750 hours, delivering economical operation at an 8-knot cruising speed with a maximum of 10 knots. The 240-gallon fuel capacity provides extended range, and the hull received new bottom paint with epoxy barrier coat and copper ablative protection in 2024.

The interior showcases warm teak cabinetry, paneling, and trim throughout. The main aft cabin offers a walk-around queen berth, private ensuite head with separate tub and shower, marble countertops, and teak and holly flooring.
