1988 Tiara Yachts 3100 Open

This 1988 Tiara 3100 Open is a 31-foot fiberglass express cruiser powered by twin Crusader 454 gasoline engines totaling 700 horsepower. The boat has undergone substantial mechanical and systems work, with new engines, exhaust components, starters, alternators, distributors, carburetors, motor mounts, wiring harnesses, sea strainer, and all new engine sensors installed. The cooling system was completely renewed with new coolers, heat exchanger, and hoses. Navigation and entertainment systems include a Lowrance HDS 7 with radar, Simrad 4G Radar, Lowrance Elite 3rd Gen FS9, Robertson autopilot, Standard Horizon VHF radio, and a new Fusion stereo with JBL speakers.

The single cabin accommodates several berths: a starboard dinette that converts to a berth, a forward expandable double berth, and additional sleeping arrangements. The galley features a Nova Kool refrigerator, cooktop, and stainless steel sink. An aft wet head includes a marine toilet, sink, and shower. There is also a freshwater pump and faucets throughout. Fuel capacity is 166 gallons and freshwater capacity is 36 gallons.

Topside, the cockpit offers spacious seating with new upholstery and features a prep station with sink behind the helm. New canvas provides weather protection. The boat has a rebuilt radar arch, new windlass and anchor, and a serviced autopilot and rudder angle system. Safety equipment includes a serviced Halon fire suppression system, new fire extinguishers, and new CO2 and smoke detectors. Additional recent work includes new bilge pumps, a new shower sump pump, a rebuilt toilet, and bottom paint. The hull and systems reflect comprehensive recent restoration and maintenance.
