1997 Tiara Yachts 3100 Express

The 1997 Tiara 3100 Express is a 31-foot fiberglass express cruiser built on a proven 18° deep-V hull with a 12-foot beam, designed to deliver a stable, dry ride in a wide range of conditions. Twin Crusader 454 XLi EFI engines rated at 320 horsepower each push the boat to a cruising speed of 25 mph and a maximum speed of 37 mph. The boat features a spacious bi-level cockpit with an in-deck fish box and livewell, transom door, pop-out transom seating, swim platform, and ladder—all configured for fishing and entertaining.

Below decks, the cabin includes a forward V-berth, a mid-cabin berth, and a convertible dinette that sleeps multiple guests. Headroom throughout is approximately 6 feet 4 inches. The galley is equipped with a Norcold refrigerator, Force 10 cooktop, microwave, and stainless steel sink. The enclosed head includes a shower and vanity with storage.

Electronics are comprehensive: a Garmin 6212 12-inch chartplotter with 24-mile HD radar and autopilot, a Furuno digital fish finder, Horizon VHF with AIS, and KVH TracVision HD satellite TV support navigation and connectivity. Additional systems include a Maxwell windlass with chain rode, radar arch with Seaview mast, and new safety equipment including bilge pump, alarms, CO detectors, and a Fireboy fire suppression system in the engine compartment.

Recent service completed in 2024 included full engine tune-ups, new start batteries, new raw water pumps, alternators, starters, impellers, thermostats, plugs, ignition components, exhaust hoses, cutlass bearings, shaft seals, main engine thru-hulls, anodes, canvas, and isinglass. Fresh bottom paint was applied in 2024 as well.
