1989 Markley 35 Ft. Deadrise

This 1989 Markley 35 is a fiberglass deadrise built for fishing, charting, and cruising. With a 12-foot beam and flush deck layout, the boat combines open working space with practical accommodations. Power comes from a single 330 hp Cummins diesel engine paired with a Twin Disc transmission, delivering 14-knot cruising speed and a top speed of 20 knots at approximately 8 gallons per hour fuel consumption.

The cabin features an open layout with an indoor head and fresh water sink. Navigation and fish-finding electronics include two Garmin screens with side-scan capability, Garmin radar, and a Lowrance fish finder with depth sounder. Additional systems include a 150-gallon fuel capacity, electric windlass with reel, DC/AC converter, TV integrated with the Garmin displays, and dual 8D batteries with charger. Rod holders and storage compartments line the boat throughout. A spare propeller is included.

Recent mechanical work on the engine includes new head gasket, valves, valve springs, valve cover gaskets, exhaust manifold with gaskets, water pump, idler pulley, alternator, belt, and fuel injection pump. The hull was sandblasted over the winter, followed by a new barrier coat and fresh bottom paint in spring. The boat previously operated as a charter fishing vessel before private ownership began in 2021.
