A 1989 Morgan 44 center-cockpit sailing yacht built on a fiberglass hull. The boat is powered by a single 50-horsepower Yammer diesel engine and spans 44 feet in length with a 13.5-foot beam. Two cabins and two heads provide accommodation for cruising.
The yacht has received substantial recent work. The main engine was rebuilt in 2021 and serviced again in November 2025. A new cutlass bearing and propshaft seal were installed in January 2025, along with a fresh barrier coat and bottom paint. The freshwater system includes a new pump and accumulator tank from April 2025. Electrical upgrades include seven new 12-volt LED light fixtures and two new 12-volt ventilation fans. The galley features a new 120-volt refrigerator, updated faucets, and a new 2-burner propane stovetop with quality supply hose. The aft cabin received a new mattress and cover, and galley appliances were replaced with a new combination microwave, air fryer, broiler, and convection oven.
Additional equipment includes a 9.5-foot AB RIB tender with Sunbrella protection, powered by a 9.9-horsepower Mercury 4-stroke engine installed in February 2025. The genoa sail received new Sunbrella material along the leech and foot in February 2026.
