This 1989 Pearson 39-2 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built from a hull and deck acquired at auction in 1993. Assembly took place over nearly three decades in an enclosed building, with every component specified as original equipment manufacturer parts. All fasteners, wiring, hoses, and fittings are new. The interior features dimensional teak woodwork with joinery executed to high standards, and the electrical systems were designed and installed with meticulous attention to detail.
The yacht was launched in 2022 after its extended construction period. It measures 39 feet in length with a 12-foot 5-inch beam and is powered by a single 40-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The interior accommodates one head. The boat was built with thoughtful specification throughout, reflecting the owner's engineering background and commitment to quality in every system and component.
