This 71-foot Sumerset houseboat features an aluminum hull and is powered by twin Volvo V-8 engines with dual props, each with approximately 625 hours of running time. The boat includes a 12.5 KW Westerbeke generator, fuel capacity of 170 gallons, and water capacity of 210 gallons with two 20-gallon water heaters. Climate control is handled by a 2.5-ton central heat and air system.
