1992 Jamestowner 16x72 Houseboat

This 72-foot aluminum houseboat accommodates a large group with 6 bedrooms, each fitted with a sink, plus two full bathrooms and additional sleeping arrangements including a king sofa bed. The boat sleeps 14 total and comes furnished throughout with all linens, kitchenware, plates, and silverware included.

The galley features stainless steel appliances: an LG refrigerator with French doors and glass window, Amana microwave, and LG five-burner gas stove. Granite countertops finish the kitchen and bathrooms, with a stainless steel sink in the kitchen. A drink cooler and Edgestar ice maker add convenience. All living spaces have vinyl flooring and come with interior and exterior furnishings.

Power comes from a single OMC four-cylinder 120-horsepower gasoline engine with no hour meter recorded. A 12.5-kilowatt Westerbek generator with 1960 hours (rebuilt) provides auxiliary power. The electrical system includes 50-amp shore service, 12-volt house power fed by four batteries, and an inverter also backed by four batteries. Two 50-gallon fuel tanks supply the engine.

Recent updates include new aluminum freshwater and waste tanks (approximately 100 gallons each), a new water heater installed in June 2025, central heat and air conditioning serviced in June 2025, and a new roof in 2025. The boat also features a flybridge, slide, and VHF radio. A grill is included for outdoor cooking.
