The 1990 Hatteras 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht is a fiberglass-hulled cruiser powered by twin Detroit Diesel 8V92TA engines producing 726 horsepower each, delivering a top speed of 21 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. The engines have only 640 hours of operation. The yacht measures 52 feet in length with a 15.5-foot beam and is equipped with a 20-kilowatt Onan generator, Starlink internet, and a davit system with 1000-pound capacity on the hardtop for tender launch and recovery.

The interior is arranged as a three-stateroom, three-head layout suited to extended cruising. The main salon features light-colored woodwork and expansive windows; a 51-inch Samsung Smart TV is housed in an elevator cabinet. The galley contains a full-size Vitrifrigo refrigerator-freezer, microwave-convection oven, three-burner cooktop, and teak-and-holly-look flooring. The owner's suite and VIP stateroom each have en-suite heads with glass-enclosed showers, and a separate day head serves the third cabin.

Climate control includes heating and air conditioning in the owner's suite, salon, and an enclosed aft deck. Additional systems feature a separate stacked washer-dryer combination and remote-controlled Levelor blinds throughout. Smart televisions are installed in the aft deck and two staterooms. The large flybridge is fully enclosed with canvas and eisenglass and furnished with lounge pads. A transom door opens onto a swim platform, and the cockpit is designed for easy water access and docking.
