1990 Leisurecraft 60

This 1990 Leisurecraft 60 is an aluminum-hull houseboat with a 16-foot beam. The interior was recently renovated with new flooring, shiplap walls and ceiling, and new countertops. New exterior paint and carpeting were completed in June 2025. The boat is powered by a single Volvo Penta gasoline engine.

The main salon includes a sofa, pull-out couch, and mounted television. The galley is open-plan and equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, three-burner range/stove combination, and microwave. A GE steam washer/dryer combo is installed in the master stateroom. All closet spaces are cedar-lined throughout.

Sleeping accommodations include an upper cuddy with a full-size bed, a lower cuddy with two full-size beds, and a master stateroom with a queen-size bed and private half bath. The master also contains the washer/dryer.

Outdoor living space is generous. The upper deck is accessed by a spiral staircase from the back deck and features a canvas party top, six-seat patio table with chairs, outdoor mini refrigerator, and fire table with seating. All furniture conveys with the boat.
