1990 Moody 376

The Moody 376 is a 1990 fiberglass cruising sloop with a proven Bill Dixon design. Built in the UK by Moody Projects, she features a fin keel, spade rudder, and central cockpit with teak seating, plus a scoop transom fitted with a bathing ladder and walk-through pushpit. Her masthead sloop rig carries an in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa and jib, cruising chute, and trysail. A Profurl roller furler on the forestay was renewed in 2025. The boat is equipped with Lewmar winches and complete standing rigging.

Below deck, the yacht accommodates four berths across two cabins plus additional settee berths in the saloon and passage, with two en-suite heads. A Thornycroft T110 diesel engine rated at 50 horsepower drives a three-blade fixed propeller, with 4,870 hours on the engine as of April 2026; the engine was overhauled in 2020. Fuel capacity is 200 liters and water capacity is 250 liters, with holding tanks fitted throughout.

The boat's systems include 12-volt and 220-volt power with dual-source charging, a 1,000-watt inverter, 400 watts of solar panels, and deep-cycle domestic batteries plus a new starter battery fitted in 2025. Accommodation equipment features a hot and cold pressure water system with immersion heating, two-burner induction cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, and both manual and electric head options. Galley stores are included with the sale.

Navigation and autopilot systems comprise a Raytheon ST6000+ with linear drive, Furuno radar, Garmin GPS, wind and depth instruments, Navtex weatherfax receiver, and VHF radio. Safety equipment includes a six-person liferaft, SARB beacon, bilge pumps with alarms, and emergency steering. Deck gear includes a Seawolf electric windlass with dual bow roller, storm anchors with chain and rode, and a solar arch with integrated davits for tender handling. A four-horsepower Yamaha outboard motor is also included. Sprayhood, bimini top, full cockpit enclosure, and sun awnings are fitted.
