This 1990 Pacific Seacraft 37 is a William Crealock design built for serious offshore sailing. The 37-foot fiberglass hull carries a single Yanmar diesel engine rated at 44 horsepower, which provides auxiliary power for a cruising speed of 6.5 knots. The boat is equipped with a comprehensive suite of systems and safety gear assembled over decades of active use: a Monitor wind vane steering system, Lewmar windlass, 85-watt solar panels, ICON 802 SSB radio, Nexus instrument pod with wind, speed, GPS, depth, and temperature displays, and Raymarine autopilot. A Plastico life raft and full ground tackle—including 300 feet of 5/16-inch chain, two spare anchors, and 100 feet of additional chain—are aboard.
The boat accommodates one cabin with a single head. The galley features custom counters, dual sinks, and a modern stove. Rigging, sails from Hasse and Co, and all ground tackle were replaced in 2010. The Yanmar engine was overhauled in 2013, the alternator was upgraded to 130 amps in 2014, and the bottom was freshly painted in 2022. A Monitor wind vane with a spare rudder completes the steering redundancy. The boat is outfitted and ready for extended passages in open ocean conditions.
