This 1990 Sumerset houseboat is built on an aluminum hull and powered by a single Volvo Penta 210 hp engine in good running condition. The interior accommodates three cabins with sleeping arrangements including a master bedroom with queen-size bed and full bathroom featuring a renovated walk-in shower, a queen side room, and a cuddy cabin suitable for a queen mattress.
