1997 Stardust Cruisers Houseboat

This 75-foot aluminum houseboat from 1997 is powered by twin 350 5.7L V-8 Mercruiser engines with 297 hours of service time. It features a bow thruster, flybridge with controls, hydraulic steering, and twin-disc power commander shifters. Navigation and communication equipment include VHF radio, depth finder, rear camera, and spotlight. The boat runs on dual 100-gallon fuel tanks and carries dual 71-gallon fresh water and waste tanks with a Type 1 Purasan waste system.

Below deck, the houseboat offers four queen-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The galley is outfitted with stainless steel counters, a side-by-side refrigerator with bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Central HVAC, a Westerbeke 15 kW generator (425 hours), washer/dryer, and an Xantrex RV3012 inverter support full-time living. Shore power connections include dual 50-amp cords.

Since 2018, the boat has undergone substantial updates. The HVAC system was replaced in 2021, followed by new interior furniture including a LoveSac sectional, upholstered seating, and commercial-grade dining chairs. Kitchen and bathroom faucets were upgraded in 2022, along with a new master bedroom mattress, top deck polywood barstools, and front porch enclosures with flybridge cover. Deck lighting and a ceiling fan were added in 2023. A partial exterior wall section was replaced in 2023 due to water intrusion. Blackout custom window treatments were installed throughout in 2019.
