1992 Lakeview Houseboat

This 73-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 1992 and has remained on Lake Cumberland since new, maintained by a single owner throughout its service life. It is powered by twin Mercruiser V6 engines with 137 hours each, supported by a 12.5 kW Westerbeke generator running 327 hours. The boat includes a bow thruster and inverter, and carries USCG documentation.

The layout offers four bedrooms—including a king master suite and queen in the cuddy—with two full baths featuring showers. The main deck accommodates a galley with full-size stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, additional standalone icemaker, microwave, and toaster oven, plus a pantry. The salon features custom-built furniture with a dining table and eight chairs. Additional amenities include a stackable washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and three televisions throughout. The master bath includes raised cabinetry with twin sinks and undercounter storage.

The upper deck consists of a 24-foot aluminum hardtop canopy, a bar with sink and refrigerator, additional seating and furniture, a fourth television, and an operational flybridge with seating and bimini top. Front and rear decks are furnished with sun shades and stackable furniture. Security cameras monitor the exterior.

Recent maintenance includes replacement of the HVAC system, servicing of the outdrives, polyurethane coating on the roof, and replacement of both front and rear deck carpet within the last year. The hull receives annual waxing as part of the owner's ongoing care regimen.
