A 1990 Sunseeker Portofino 31 with a comprehensive modernisation programme undertaken over the past five years. The boat is powered by a single Volvo Penta D6 diesel engine producing 370 horsepower, capable of reaching 40 knots with a cruising speed around 30 knots and notably efficient fuel consumption for its class.
The refit has addressed the boat's core systems throughout. The hull underwent blast cleaning and epoxy painting in 2024. The engine was replaced with the Volvo Penta unit. Electrical infrastructure was completely rebuilt in 2024, now including shore power and 220V connectivity alongside a new solar charging system. A new bow thruster, heating system, and battery bank (four units) were installed in 2024. Navigation and instrumentation are handled by new Raymarine plotters and a carbon fibre dashboard fitted in 2024.
The interior reflects careful specification. The galley was redesigned in 2020 by a Siematic kitchen architect, featuring white high-gloss cabinetry with stainless steel detailing, a built-in Corian sink, Grohe tap, and integrated storage. Equipment includes a new two-burner gas stove and stainless steel Coolmatic refrigerator. Upholstery was renewed, with dark blue seating and blue and white striped ruff cushions fitted in 2022. A new stereo was installed in 2020. The foredeck features a new stainless steel windlass paired with a stainless Bruce anchor, replaced in 2021. The stainless steel skyport was renewed in 2019.
