1991 Gibson 37 Standard Houseboat

This 1991 Gibson 37 Standard is a fiberglass houseboat built for extended time on the water. Measuring 37 feet long with a 14-foot beam, it's powered by two Crusader 350 engines—the starboard engine is new (2025) and the port engine has fewer than 100 hours. A Kohler 7.5 R23 generator supplies auxiliary power, and both the holding tank and water tank were replaced in 2022.

The layout spans two cabins and two heads, with accommodations for six. The galley is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, and substantial storage. New carpet was installed in 2025, and the upholstery was updated in 2019. Two Dometic 15,000-BTU heat pump AC units provide multi-zone climate control, installed in 2019, along with a hot water heater.

The boat's defining feature is its three-level deck structure with wide walkways and generous outdoor space—rare in this size range. A new bimini top is currently being fabricated. The open salon design and overall interior finishes reflect upgrades made over recent years, combining the practical layout of a houseboat with modern comfort systems.
