2005 Tracker Myacht

This 2005 Tracker Myacht is a 35-foot aluminum pontoon houseboat with a 12-foot beam, designed as a full-time or weekend floating cabin. Twin Mercury 60HP outboards power the boat, currently fueled by two 6-gallon marine portable containers mounted at the stern. The aluminum multi-hull construction minimizes hull maintenance compared to fiberglass builds. Helm controls are positioned inside the cabin for standing or seated operation.

The interior features an open-concept layout with the original fixed dinette and helm seat removed to allow flexible furniture arrangement. A pullout sofa provides additional sleeping space in the main cabin, while the aft sleeping area includes a double bed with upgraded mattress, privacy curtain, closet, and built-in nightstand with storage. The galley is equipped with a propane three-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, double sink, refrigerator, and freezer. A full head includes toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and standalone shower stall. Overhead storage cabinets are distributed throughout the living space, and a rooftop AC unit with heat provides climate control.

Recent mechanical work includes new marine batteries, starters, raw-water impellers and pumps, fuel pumps, fuel filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, and oil service. The water heater was converted from propane to electric. The aluminum pontoons are clean, dry, and leak-free, and the roof deck is solid with no leaks.

The upper deck features aluminum railings and provides access to a water slide via a heavy-duty spiral staircase. A remote spotlight is included. The sale includes a new heavy-duty fiberglass dock box, four orange life jackets, vacuum cleaner, floor mats, air horn, first aid kit, and select deck furniture.
