1991 Hunter 30

This 1991 Hunter 30 is a 30-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with an 11-foot beam and a Yanmar diesel engine rated at 18 hp. The boat draws 4.3 feet with its bulb keel. It carries a full mainsail with two reefing points and a 150 roller-furling jib in good condition, along with a second Kevlar headsail that remains unused. The boat is equipped with a B&G cockpit display showing wind speed and direction, depth, water temperature, and GPS compass.

The accommodation layout centers on a roomy aft cabin with a custom mattress and includes a main saloon and forward cabin. The yacht features air conditioning and heating installed in 2022 with three vents distributed through the aft cabin, main saloon, and forward cabin, plus a return air vent in the head. Additional comfort systems include a refrigerator with custom chiller plates and condenser unit installed in 2021, a Force 10 two-burner propane stove with oven, and a water heater with engine recirculation from 2020. Entertainment systems include three LED televisions with slide-load DVD players and a stereo system with CD and DVD capability serving cockpit and swim platform speakers.

Recent upgrades to core systems include new AGM house and starting batteries installed in 2024, a ProMariner battery charger from 2023, replaced engine cooling hoses and thermostat in 2022, and a new crankcase gasket in 2022. The throttle and shift cables were replaced in 2020. The fuel tank was removed and cleaned in 2019. Electrical upgrades include LED lighting throughout and a custom-configured electrical panel with updated analog gauges. The boat comes with original Hunter documentation and manuals.

The aft stern features high-gloss wood "catbird" seats with custom cushions. Cabin windows have custom Zarcor covers on port and starboard, and the aft cabin fixed window allows both viewing and complete coverage. A custom winter cover remains in good condition. The boat is USCG documented.
