This 46-meter Perini Navi from 1991 is a custom-built sailing yacht with a steel hull powered by twin MTU diesel engines delivering 1,280 horsepower combined. She reaches a top speed of 12.5 knots with a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles. The design features an elevated main deck for enhanced headroom throughout, a centerboard that reduces draft from 7 meters to 3.4 meters, and an extended flybridge with an integrated hot tub surrounded by sunpads—a distinctive feature rarely found on yachts of this class.

The main deck is arranged with a forward dining and bar area flowing into a formal saloon aft, separated by a raised pilothouse. Large windows flood the interior with natural light. The saloon is appointed with substantial seating around a coffee table, and a 50-inch recessed television with Crestron AV and iPad controls. The aft cockpit benefits from a protective canopy and includes a forward bar, lounge seating, and open-air dining with curved banquette. A new swim platform extends from the transom for water access and tender operations. The expansive flybridge features generous seating port and starboard with a spiral staircase around the mizzen mast.

Accommodations include a full-beam owner's suite with king bed, dual basins, soaking tub, steam shower, office, private gym, and television. Four additional guest staterooms in satin-finished teak each have ensuite bathrooms: a VIP cabin with queen bed and Italian Carrara marble fixtures, and two twin cabins. All guest areas have been recently redecorated with Italian linens and marble. The yacht accommodates up to 10 guests and 9 crew across 8 cabins and 9 heads.

In 2025, the yacht completed her 35-year ABS survey and underwent major refitting including new teak decking, complete hull and superstructure repainting, MTU engine W5 overhaul, new Atlas shore power inverter installation, full tank cleaning and inspection, HVAC deep cleaning, radio equipment upgrade, and renewal of life-saving and fire suppression systems.
