SEAQUELL is a 108-foot aluminum sailing yacht designed by Dubois Design and built by Alloy Yachts. The boat's defining features include a reverse transom, twin helm stations positioned for excellent visibility under sail and while maneuvering, and a full-beam 360-degree skylounge with panoramic views. A spacious center cockpit connects the helm area to the generous aft deck, which houses a Jacuzzi and is accessed via port and starboard transom stairways. An elevated sunning area forward of the helm provides an observation point across the horizon.
The interior centers on a light-filled main salon with an interior steering station and navigation center, renewed by the current owner. The salon accommodates formal dining and relaxation, with comfortable seating throughout. Three cabins provide accommodations: the master stateroom occupies the aft section with a full-beam layout, a steam shower, and standard bath facilities. Forward of the master is a flexible bonus room or nanny cabin that functions as additional sleeping quarters, gymnasium, or storage. Two guest cabins—port and starboard—offer a queen berth and convertible twin or king berths respectively.
Granite floor and counter surfaces were renewed in 2013. All interior spaces are notably spacious. The yacht is powered by a single 570-horsepower Lugger diesel engine, achieving a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots. Twin steering stations and well-positioned control systems support both sailing performance and close-quarters handling. Spacious deck lockers provide storage throughout.
