1992 Alloy Yachts Sailboat

SEAQUELL is a 108-foot aluminum performance sailing yacht built in 1992 by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand to a design by Dubois Naval Architects. Constructed to high standards, she combines capable sailing performance with refined cruising comfort. Her cutter-rigged sloop configuration features hydraulic furling and powered winches, enabling both shorthanded sailing and engaging performance under canvas. A single 570-horsepower Lugger diesel engine provides auxiliary power, with cruising speed around 10 knots and a maximum speed of 12.5 knots.

The interior, designed by Agnes Comar, accommodates seven guests across five cabins and five heads. The owner's suite spans the full beam with a private study and ensuite bath. Additional accommodations include a queen guest cabin, a twin cabin, and a flexible nanny berth suitable for children or staff. Forward crew quarters are separated from the guest areas for service privacy.

The raised salon provides panoramic views and opens to a spacious cockpit sheltered by a custom hardtop, serving as the main gathering space for dining and entertaining. On-deck amenities include water toys and tender storage, with comfortable space throughout for cruising and socializing.

SEAQUELL has been regularly maintained and upgraded during her ownership history, presenting in excellent condition. She is ready for continued cruising or charter operation.
